Job Description
We at Erocraves are urgently looking to hire a very creative FEMALE Sales rep for our Lagos store Lekki phase 1 and to contribute to increasing sales and closing sales deals on our provided social media platforms.
The Sales Rep will learn how to assist with the duties below:
- Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries.
- Managing Incoming calls.
- Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Handle order logistics with the delivery companies and ensure customers get their orders on time.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
