Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media
• Follow up leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Assist customers in selecting suitable wall panels and finishes
• Build relationships with contractors, interior designers, and property developers
• Visit project sites when necessary
• Keep up with product knowledge and current interior trends
• Represent the company professionally both online and offline
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional appearance
• Ability to persuade and build customer trust
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, and smartphones for business
• Interest in interiors, architecture, or home improvement is an added advantage
• Self-driven and willing to learn
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory for the right candidate
