Core Requirements We are looking for a confident, proactive and highly organised Sales Support Coordinator to support our sales teams and assist with the day-to-day management of client accounts. This is not a purely administrative position. The role includes: • Client calls and follow-ups • Appointment setting • Sales support and upselling • Quotations, reports and general administration • Managing client accounts and records Experience: • Previous sales support; client service or administrative experience is required. Skills: • Must be able to work independently. • Communicate professionally and confidently - both internally and with clients. • Keep multiple sales and operational processes moving at the same time. • Accuracy in all tasks and reporting. • Sales-minded • Comfortable with online platforms, digital tools, and learning new skills.
