Job Description
Product Information Services and features to document defects, identify their root causes for shop-floor and quality management employees for parts in all types of plants. Functions are located in the STARD SAP template and are going to be re-implemented and improved during the creation of STARD's successor template PROTON. For the upcoming five years, the product team is mainly part of the PKT 2025 strategic initiative. Claims initiated by our production network 2 (PNW 2) partners have been implemented in the OrCAn application.

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordination between development andsupport environments.
• Assisting with the business case.
• Planning and monitoring.
• Eliciting requirements.
• Requirements organisation.
• Translating and simplifyingrequirements.
• Requirements management andcommunication.
• Requirements analysis.
• Document requirements in appropriateformat depending on methodology followed.
• Develop systems solutions in linewith quality and delivery requirements.
• Preparation of system/technicaldocumentation (as per ISO standards).
• Meet with end users and gatherrequirements.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups.

• Understanding of WM/QM processes inSAP.
• Configuration of SAP WM/QM module.
• Preparation of Master Data templatesfor various QM related objects.
• Integration testing with otherrelated SAP WM modules.
• Preparing User manuals and conductingtraining to business process owners.
• Responsible for troubleshootingissues for the system and providing support.
• Executing the required changesthrough configuration.
• Interact with consultants of othermodules.

• SAP QM Module Configuration.
• Development documentation.
• Analyse and solve SAP QM Moduleissues.
• Conduct SAP QM Module processconfiguration.
• Update and maintain SAP Modulefunctional documentation.
• Analyse and scope End-userauthorisation roles.
• Conduct Unit tests, Integration testsand System Integration security tests.

• Degree in IT or 8 yrs QM experience.
• SAP WM/QM Certified.
