Scrum Master - Midrand / Perm - R980K PA

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a fast-paced technology delivery environment focused on agile excellence, continuous improvement, and predictable delivery.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager within Agile environments.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
• Scrum certification preferred:
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Experience within product-driven and custom software development environments.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and delivery challenges at a high level.
• Proven ability to coach and support multiple agile teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Self-driven with strong ownership, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and delivery managers to improve delivery processes and team effectiveness.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage communication around delivery risks, scope changes, dependencies, and impediments.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint commitment management.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and effective use of Agile delivery tools.
• Provide Agile reporting and delivery updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams to resolve blockers and delivery dependencies.
