MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural diploma / degree
- Qualification in horticulture and or agronomy advantageous
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in growing seedlings
- Previous flower (roses) vegetable experience
- Computer literate
- Strong management skills
- Ability to motivate and work with a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
