To protect Agiliss Ltd's employees, visitors, facilities, vehicles, equipment, and inventory by maintaining a secure environment and enforcing company security procedures at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to company premises.
• Verify and record visitors, contractors, and suppliers entering and leaving the premises.
• Conduct regular patrols of offices, warehouses, production areas, and parking facilities.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities.
• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and security breaches.
• Inspect company vehicles, deliveries, and outgoing goods when required.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, alarms, and safety concerns.
• Maintain a daily security logbook and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with company security, health & safety, and emergency procedures.
• Assist in crowd control and traffic management during company events or peak operational periods.
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Report security risks, accidents, and unsafe conditions immediately to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum SC level or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferably within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or FMCG environment.
• Valid Security Guard Licence (where applicable). & First Aid certification would be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of security systems and CCTV monitoring.

Working Conditions

• Shift-based work, including day and night shifts.
• Outdoor and indoor patrols across warehouse, production, and office facilities.
• May be required to stand and walk for extended periods.
