In this role, you’ll work closely with and report directly to the Financial Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas matter and your growth is a priority.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting financial manager with operational and financial reporting in the subsidiaries
- Review and/or prepare management packs
- Prepare annual financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Updating of centralized regional reports for review
- Ad hoc analysis and tasks as may be required from time to time which can include documenting business processes defined in meetings.
- Review/prepare tax computations, calc prov tax payments and dividend pay outs
- Prepare Tax returns on GreatSoft
- Assist with vat verifications, IT14SD’s and other SARS related tax queries
- Review/Prepare annual financial statements
- Review and manage the process of preparing audit files and attending/managing auditor queries where applicable
- Financial reporting to shareholders.
- Preparing and managing Cash Flow Forecasts
