Senior Backend Developer

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional, hands-on experience in backend development and enterprise-level application architecture.

Technical Expertise

• Core Frameworks: Strong proficiency in Hasura and NestJS for designing scalable, maintainable architectures.
• Deep NestJS Knowledge: Mastery of NestJS core concepts, including modules, controllers, services, guards, interceptors, middleware, and dependency injection.
• APIs & Integration: Extensive experience with GraphQL APIs (schema design, query optimization, subscriptions, and performance tuning). Proven track record of integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication providers, and external services.
• Database Management: Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, including database design, indexing, migrations, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• DevOps & Tools: Proficient with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and cloud deployment environments is a strong advantage.
• Architecture: Deep understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture principles, and best practices for developing secure, high-scale applications.
