A daily or weekly changing menu requires innovation, imagination and focus. REQUIREMENTS: At least 4 - 5 years industry experience within Fine Dining / Top 10 standard establishments Culinary strengths in Hot & Cold Kitchen with experience in plating of multiple components Must be adaptable to working off different menus on a weekly basis Effective communication skills and proficient in English & an outgoing personality Must be comfortable creating new dishes with SEVERAL detailed plating components and INNOVATIVE garnish ideas. Must demonstrate good planning skills, be well organized and work efficiently and hygienically.
