To prepare and deliver high-quality, nutritious, and safe meals for camp residents in accordance with approved menus, food safety regulations, and company standards.

The incumbent will ensure efficient kitchen operations, maintain hygiene and sanitation standards, support resident wellbeing through excellent food service, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction within the camp environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all food is prepared, stored, and handled in compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitoring food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control to meet company and client expectations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen facilities, equipment, and food storage areas.
• Managing daily food production schedules to ensure meals are served on time and in the required quantities.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering, receiving, and proper storage of food supplies to minimize waste.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the kitchen.

Requirements

• alid Food Safety and Hygiene Certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Chef or Cook in a hospitality, catering, camp, or remote-site environment.
• Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment and managing food storage processes.
• Sound knowledge of Chinese food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation standards.
• Knowledge of stock control, food storage, inventory management, and waste minimization practices.
