Must have15 years of experience within the construction industry. Must have experience in commercial and industrial construction projects. Must have strong knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations, and project specifications. Must have extensive experience managing and supervising on-site building construction activities. Must have the ability to accurately read, interpret, and implement architectural and engineering drawings and plans. Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges. Must have the ability to lead teams, coordinate site activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
