We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Corporate Finance Manager at a leading actuarial consulting firm
The main purpose of this role:
· Supporting clients with IFRS 17 implementation and reporting, including preparing annual financial statements and IFRS 17 reporting packs. The role also includes involvement in Corporate Finance services such as financial due diligence and mergers & acquisitions.
We require a candidate with:
· 4 – 7 years’ experience in the Assurance and/or Financial Services Industry.
· A recognised professional finance qualification (ACA, FCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent).
· Strong knowledge of IFRS 9, 17, and 4.
· Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and experience with financial statement drafting.
· Experience with Moody’s RiskIntegrityTM for IFRS17 or similar reporting software.
· Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
· Analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with a strong commitment to deadlines.
