Key Responsibilities Handle full corporate travel bookings (flights, accommodation, car hire, visas, etc.). Advise clients on the most cost-effective and policy-compliant travel options. Build and maintain excellent relationships with corporate accounts. Manage complex multi-destination itineraries and group bookings. Proactively identify savings opportunities and value-add services for clients. Resolve travel disruptions and provide after-hours support when required. Maintain accurate client records and travel profiles in the system. Collaborate with the Visa Coordinator and other team members. Requirements Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in corporate travel. Strong GDS knowledge (Amadeus/Sabre). Excellent client service orientation and communication skills. Thorough understanding of corporate travel policies and duty of care. Ability to work accurately under pressure. Matric + IATA or equivalent travel qualification.
