What you’ll be doing

• Managing a portfolio of major retail accounts and driving collections
• Performing detailed reconciliations on high-volume, complex accounts
• Investigating and resolving claims, deductions, and short payments
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
• Using Syspro 8 daily for processing, reporting, and account management
• Preparing age analysis and cash flow reports for management

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in credit control within the retail sector
• Strong Syspro 8 experience (non-negotiable)
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables; macros advantageous)
• Ability to manage large data sets and complex reconciliations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organised, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
