Job Description:
- Lead the development and delivery of embedded firmware and subsystem solutions
- Perform advanced debugging, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Define and execute validation and testing strategies
- Assess change impacts and maintain system integrity
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical reviews
- Drive telemetry, observability, and system performance improvements
Skills & Experience: - Strong experience in embedded systems, firmware development, and system integration
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience with validation, testing, and change management
- Comfortable leading technical projects and mentoring engineer
- Proficiency with Claude Code is essential
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in embedded systems engineering
Qualification:- BEng/ BSc in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Mechatronic Engineering
