We are seeking Senior ERP Functional Consultants who have delivered real, complex ERP implementations — professionals who can walk into a boardroom, understand a client's business, and configure an ERP system that transforms how that business operates.

 JOB SUMMARY

The Senior ERP Functional Consultant is a highly experienced, client-facing ERP specialist responsible for leading the functional design, configuration, implementation, and post-go-live support of ERP systems — primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations — across OVID IT's client engagements and internal group deployments.  This is not an entry-level or theoretical role. The Senior ERP Functional Consultant must have a proven history of leading ERP module implementations in real enterprise environments, conducting business process analysis with senior client stakeholders, designing solutions that align with both the client's business needs and ERP best practices, and driving implementations to successful go-live on time and within scope.  The Senior ERP Functional Consultant will mentor junior consultants, lead client workshops, and serve as the primary functional authority for their assigned module(s) — bringing together deep business process knowledge, ERP configuration expertise, and professional consulting skills to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the full lifecycle of ERP functional implementation for assigned modules (Finance, SCM, HR, or Manufacturing) from requirements discovery through go-live and hypercare
• Facilitate and lead business process analysis (BPA) workshops with client executives, finance managers, operations teams, and key stakeholders
• Conduct detailed gap analysis between client business requirements and standard ERP functionality
• Design functional solution blueprints, business process maps, and configuration specifications
• Configure ERP modules to meet business requirements, applying best practice configurations and industry standards
• Develop and manage functional specifications for customizations, workflows, integrations, and data migrations
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) — develop test scripts, coordinate test execution, and manage issue resolution
• Develop and deliver end-user training programs tailored to functional roles
• Provide post-go-live hypercare support, functional troubleshooting, and continuous improvement advisory
• Mentor ERP Functional Consultants and Associate Consultants — reviewing their configurations, providing guidance, and developing their consulting capability
• Coordinate with ERP Technical Consultants and Integration Engineers on customizations, APIs, and data migration requirements
• Maintain high-quality project documentation: business requirement documents (BRD), functional design documents (FDD), test plans, training materials, and runbooks
• Manage client expectations, escalate risks proactively, and ensure client satisfaction throughout project delivery
• Support the presales team with solution demonstrations, scoping workshops, and proposal input for ERP opportunities
