A reputable Transport and Logistics Company is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions:
Senior Human Resources Manager – Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s Degree and a valid Full ZIHRM Practising Licence are an added advantage
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management role
- Proven experience in the transport and logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
