Senior Infrastructure Engineer (TTD)

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain high-availability Linux-based systems supporting critical production environments. The role focuses on delivering secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure solutions across on-premise and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintainUnix/Linux servers (SUSE, RHEL, Ubuntu)
• Monitor system performance andtroubleshoot infrastructure issues
• Apply system updates, patches, andsecurity fixes
• Manage and support high availabilityenvironments (e.g. Veritas Infoscale)
• Deploy and operate workloads on AWSand Azure
• Maintain system and operationaldocumentation
• Ensure compliance with securitystandards and internal policies
• Manage Incident, Problem, and Changeprocesses (ITSM)
• Track and update tasks and userstories (e.g. Jira)
• Support system stability andoperational standards
• Participate in operational meetingsand team coordination
• Provide guidance and mentorship tojunior team members
• Participate in standby and weekend support when required

• Strong experience with Unix/Linux(especially SUSE)
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash,Python, Perl)
• Experience with High Availabilitysystems (e.g. Veritas Infoscale)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g.Nagios, Grafana)
• Understanding of networking (DNS,DHCP, TCP/IP, SSH)
• Basic knowledge of Oracle and SAP environments

• Private cloud technologies
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes,OpenShift, Podman)
• Monitoring & analytics tools(Dynatrace, Splunk)
• Windows Server knowledge
• Agile methodologies
• ITIL processes (Incident, Problem,Change)

• Degree in Information Systems orequivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in IToperations
• Minimum 5 years' experience inconfiguration management & automation
• Strong scripting and automationexperience (Bash, PowerShell)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS,Azure)
• Version control experience (GitHub)

• Linux certifications (e.g. RHCSA)
• Ansible / RHCE certifications
• Experience with Dynatrace,ServiceNow, Red Hat Satellite
