A leading electronic manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Senior Process Technician to drive process optimization, SMT efficiency, automation integration, and continuous improvement within a high-performance manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• BSc/BEng in Engineering
• 5–7 years’ electronics manufacturing / EMS experience
• Strong SMT, wave soldering, AOI, X-ray, PFMEA, Lean Six Sigma expertise
• Proven leadership in process improvement, NPI, and technical team management
