Senior Sales and Design Consultant

What You'll Be Doing

• Consult with clients to understand their vision and lifestyle requirements.
• Design and present customized kitchen and cabinetry solutions.
• Produce quotations and convert opportunities into sales.
• Manage projects from initial consultation through installation and final handover.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and project reviews.
• Coordinate with suppliers, installers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and client communication throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Proven sales experience with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
• Experience selling high-value products or solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Own reliable vehicle for site visits.
• A valid driver's license.

• Experience in the kitchen, cabinetry, interior design, or interior architecture industry.
• Experience using Winner Design software.
• Project management experience.
• Qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.

• Basic salary of R15,000 – R18,000
