Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in sales, within the telecommunications/office automation industry.
  • Must have a Valid Driver's Licence and own vehicle.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with B2B sales, especially in enterprise or SME segments.

Responsibilities

  • Active cold calling and direct sales through canvasing different areas in-person to prospective clients.
  • Present, promote and sell products.
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business.
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Informing customers of new product offerings.
  • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  • Ensuring relevant managers are aware of changes within clients.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Base retention – attending to client needs.
  • Achieve sales target as set by the company.
