Senior Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency across Frozen and Chilled warehouse activities through effective planning, coordination, manpower allocation, and productivity improvement initiatives.

• Monitor and reduce overtime while ensuring cost-effective operations, service levels, and departmental KPI achievement.

• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve workflow and operational performance.

• Ensure strict adherence to WMS processes, including accurate real-time system transactions, picking locations, stock movements, and rempotage procedures.

• Lead coaching and training initiatives to reinforce WMS compliance, operational standards, and process discipline.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, variance investigations, stock control measures, and compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles.

• Monitor stock handling practices to minimize damages, inventory losses, and operational discrepancies while ensuring audit compliance.

• Support and lead operational projects, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse performance.

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth implementation of operational changes and business continuity.

• Lead, supervise, and develop Supervisors and operational teams while promoting a disciplined, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.

• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, discipline, engagement, and training needs to ensure effective team performance and operational readiness.

• Ensure continuity of operations during peak periods, manpower shortages, emergencies, or urgent business requirements through effective resource coordination and departmental support.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, preferably within FMCG, Frozen, or Chilled environments.
• Leadership and people management skills
