Senior Systems Analyst - Supply Chain Management (SCM) Applications
Are you a seasoned Systems Analyst ready to shape and modernise enterprise Supply Chain systems at scale?
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and documentation of advanced Supply Chain Management (SCM) application solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, mission-critical systems that directly impact procurement, logistics, and operational efficiency within a large enterprise environment.

Pretoria (On-site - Erasmuskloof Offices)
Contract Duration
24 Months (with option to extend)
What You'll Be Doing
You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology by:
- Analysing existing SCM systems and end-to-end business workflows
- Documenting clear, structured business processes and system requirements
- Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Designing modernised and efficient SCM system solutions
- Supporting development and implementation teams throughout delivery
- Conducting and assisting with system testing to ensure requirements alignment
- Monitoring system performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Collaborating closely with developers, DBAs, architects, and stakeholders
- Driving knowledge transfer and upskilling internal teams

What You Bring- 8+ years' experience in Systems Analysis
- Strong background in business process analysis and documentation
- Solid data modelling and interface design skills
- Excellent ability to interpret user stories and high-level requirements
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Outstanding documentation and communication skills
- Proven stakeholder engagement and facilitation experience
Advantageous Experience- Exposure to Oracle-based environments
- Understanding of system integration concepts
- Experience working in complex, collaborative enterprise environments
