Job Summary
Installation and commissioning:
- Lead the installation and commissioning process of all kinds UPS/Solar systems at various customer sites
- Collaborate with project managers and customers to ensure project specifications and timelines met.
- Conduct pre-installation assessments and site surveys to determine requirements and constraints.
Maintenance and troubleshooting:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, identifying potential issues before they impact system performance.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment efficiently.
- Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
Technical support & Customer interaction:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client’s post-installation, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Offer solutions-oriented insights to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Develop and submit detailed service reports
- Assist in creating technical documentation for customers.
Team leadership:
- Supervise and mentor junior service engineers and technicians.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skill set of the service team on the latest UPS and Solar technologies
Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Power systems, Renewable Energy technologies.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in servicing UPS and maintenance protocols.
- Familiarity with solar PV Systems including inverters, batteries etc.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
