The Role Summary:
- Working with the team, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating, directing and controlling various resources (HR, brewing ingredients & machinery), Cellar, filtration and brewing process to maintain the required quality of product efficiently and effectively under her/his shift.
- Monitor the brewing processes and adjust equipment as required
- Monitor the filtration and fermentation processes and adjust equipment as required
- Design and revise the necessary templates for data recording purposes
- Guide& supervise operators in the data recording process & ensure its accuracy
- Make sure the shift is equipped with all the necessary manpower
- Plan out weekly working shift schedules
- Advise on simplifying process operation.
