Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to
manage daily operations at Meaders Shop. The ideal candidate will handle
customer feed orders, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain optimal stock
levels.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain
an adequate stock of all products through sales reconciliation.
- Communicate
with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed.
- Coordinate
with customers regarding delivery schedules and timelines.
- Follow
up with customers to assess their feed demands.
- Address
queries from farmers about products and services.
- Execute
banking transactions as required.
- Ensure
customer satisfaction with all products and services offered.
Profile of the Ideal Candidates
- Minimum
of School Certificate or Higher School Certificate.
- At
least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong
interpersonal and communication skills.
