Key Responsibilities
- Construction and site inspections.
- Project control – Supervise and inspect all work done by the contractors against the specifications.
- Perform project administrative responsibilities for the project managers and their teams by executing effective and accurate administration for all projects with the area of accountability.
- Monitor, control and evaluate quality control in construction process on departmental projects.
- Support the management and continuous enhancement of branch of division by ensuring personal planning, scheduling and coordination in compliance to set processes.
- Support and provide administration to enhance a high-performance culture within the area of accountability
Minimum Requirements- National Diploma (NDip) or BTech in building science, civil engineering, construction management or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar environment.
- Experience as a clerk of work or site agent or foreman
- Practical experience in building construction, civil works and site supervision
