Responsibilities:

• Interpret building design to site workers
• Revit proficiency and visualization
• Oversee the daily operations on site
• Ensure that health and safety measures are strictly adhered to
• Read, interpret, and explain complex technical documents to site workers
• Manage, coordinate, instruct and monitor the performance of site workers
• Test and evaluate building systems
• Consult with clients, collaborate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors on building projects
• Give an accurate report of project progress to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven site work experience 
• Strong portfolio highlighting practical site supervision experience
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, quality standards, relevant rules and regulations  
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Communication and project management skills
