Social Media and Digital Marketing Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Officer to manage our online presence and generate qualified leads through Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should understand online customer behavior in the Nigerian market and be able to convert social media engagement into real sales

Responsibilities:

• Manage company social media pages
• Create and post engaging product content and promotions
• Respond to customer inquiries and generate qualified leads
• Convert online traffic into potential customers for the sales team
• Maintain daily communication with prospects via social media and WhatsApp
• Track performance of posts and provide weekly reports

Requirements:

• Experience managing  pages
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools Canva is an advantage
• Previous experience in digital marketing or sales is an advantage
• Candidates must stay around Jericho and its environs
