Social Media Manager and Reddit Whisperer

Responsibilities:

• Reddit Mastery: Authentically engage in relevant subreddits, answer questions, and build brand awareness by adding genuine value to the community.
• Blogger Collaborations: Identify, pitch, and partner with niche bloggers and creators for reviews, guest posts, and content collaborations.
• Trend & Brand Monitoring: Keep a pulse on Reddit trends and monitor brand mentions to manage our reputation and capitalize on viral moments.
• Campaign Execution: Plan Reddit-specific initiatives (like AMAs) and track the traffic/ROI generated from your blogger partnerships.

Requirements:

• The Reddit Proof: An active Reddit account that is at least 3 years old with a minimum of 2,000 combined Karma. (Be prepared to verify this if you get to the interview stage).
• Experience: 2+ years in social media, community management, or influencer/blogger outreach.
• Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of Reddit culture, reddiquette, and the unwritten rules of the platform.
• Communication: Exceptional writing skills you can craft a compelling email pitch to a blogger just as easily as a witty Reddit comment.
