About the Role:
Miawa Water is looking for an energetic, creative Social Media Manager to become the digital voice of our brand. You will be responsible for growing our online community, running creative campaigns, and engaging directly with our consumers and distributors across key digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, write, and publish engaging, high-quality copy for our official channels (primarily Telegram, Facebook, and TikTok).
- Create and manage a monthly content calendar that aligns with our seasonal sales goals and product launches.
- Monitor channels daily; respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, comments, and distributor inquiries.
- Track and report monthly digital metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, audience reach).
