Job Summary:
- We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Team Lead to join our Social media team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Centre’s online presence by developing strategies, producing good content, analyzing usage data, facilitating organizational goals, and managing projects and campaigns. He/She shall be required to take the lead in ICIR’s social media strategy, in order to boost visibility and public engagement and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ICIR social media pages on various social media platforms
- Create and curate compelling social media content calendar for different projects
- Supervise the development, implementation, and evaluate social media strategy
- Optimize user engagement, grow follower base, and attract new leads
- Analyze data and social media metrics and generate regular reports
- Keep abreast of new social media trends and developments
- Engage with community and post assets to feed and story
- Produce graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia content creation tools
- Maintain a consistent brand guideline and voice across different platforms.
- Create and Produce Newsletters both Internal and External
- Develop and implement effective content amplification strategies to increase reach and engagement for ICIR projects.
- Provide capacity training to team members on a periodically.
- Analyze data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Networking & community management
- Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders on different social media platforms.
- Any other duty that may be assigned by the Editor
