Key Responsibilities
●
Develop and
implement tailored go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Hanmak Technologies’
solutions in Uganda.
●
Analyze market
needs specific to Uganda.
●
Customize
strategies to align with local regulations and customer preferences.
●
Monitor and
adjust GTM plans based on performance feedback.
●
Plan and
execute email campaigns, events, and digital strategies to drive brand
awareness and generate leads.
● Design targeted email campaigns using segmentation
and personalization.
● Organize virtual or in-person events such as
webinars or industry meetups.
● Implement digital tactics like SEO, social media
ads, and content marketing.
●
Identify and
secure new business opportunities through client engagement,
relationship-building, lead generation via campaigns, sales pitches, product
demos, negotiations, and closing deals to meet revenue targets and drive
adoption/growth.
●
Engage
potential clients through outreach and networking.
●
Build and
nurture long-term relationships with prospects.
●
Generate leads
using marketing campaigns and inbound strategies.
●
Deliver
effective sales pitches tailored to client pain points.
●
Conduct
product demonstrations highlighting key features.
●
Negotiate
terms and contracts to mutual benefit.
●
Close deals
efficiently to achieve set revenue goals.
●
Promote
product adoption and support post-sale growth.
●
Conduct market
research and analysis for insights, segmentation, positioning, and performance
reporting to optimize strategies, improve ROI, and uncover growth
opportunities.
●
Gather data
through surveys, competitor analysis, and industry reports.
●
Segment
markets based on demographics, behaviors, and needs.
●
Position
products effectively against competitors.
●
Report on key
performance metrics like conversion rates and engagement.
●
Use insights
to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
●
Identify
untapped opportunities for expansion.
●
Coordinate
with internal teams to create and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs),
ensuring efficiency and timely service delivery.
●
Collaborate
with tech, support, and operations teams.
●
Draft SLAs
outlining service expectations and timelines.
●
Monitor
compliance and resolve any SLA breaches.
●
Ensure
seamless delivery to maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
●
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Technology, Software
Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or related discipline
●
At least 2 years of experience in a
software marketing role with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
●
Excellent communication skills
(written and verbal), strong interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in
building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders,
and industry influencers.
●
Self-motivated, results-driven,
and capable of working with minimal supervision.
●
Familiarity with the healthcare
industry is an added advantage.
