Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable notification capabilities: Contribute to developing core backend services that enable reliable, high‑scale delivery of identity notifications across multiple channels such as email, Teams, and future integrations.
- Deliver high‑quality, production‑ready features: Own end‑to‑end feature development from design through implementation and validation ensuring strong reliability, performance, and adherence to enterprise‑grade SLAs and quality of service expectations.
- Drive service reliability and live‑site excellence: Participate in monitoring, incident response, and post‑incident improvements, helping maintain high availability and ensuring notifications are delivered accurately and on time.
- Collaborate across teams to enable platform adoption: Work closely with partner teams across Entra to onboard them to INS, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that simplify how they communicate with customers without building their own infrastructure.
- Continuously improve the platform through innovation: Contribute ideas and implementation toward modernization efforts such as new communication channels, intelligent notification capabilities, and more interactive, user‑centric experiences.
- AI First mindset: Using AI based tools to solve problems.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, C, C++, C#, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
