What You Bring:

• You're a strong technical leader with a passion for building both products and people:
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Engineering Team Lead
• Solid expertise in PHP, Symfony (or similar), and modern software architecture
• Strong understanding of microservices, domain-driven design, and scalable system design
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Git-based version control (GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery and quality

• Experience collaborating across DevOps, QA, and product teams
• Ability to influence decisions across multiple teams
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• As a Team Lead, you will combine strong technical expertise with people leadership to drive both delivery and team growth:
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
• Own the delivery of key products and features, ensuring quality, scalability, and reliability
• Guide the team in building robust, modern systems using microservices architecture and best engineering practices
• Drive continuous improvement by refining development processes and introducing efficiencies
