Brand Awareness

  • Increase market visibility and brand awareness through:

  • Product demonstrations

  • Technology events and exhibitions


Content Development

Assist in creating:

  • Product brochures
  • Marketing presentations
  • Proposal documents
  • Social media content
  • Website content
  • Product videos and promotional materials


Business Development & Sales Support

Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through:
  • Cold calling
  • Networking
  • Social media platforms
  • Referrals
  • Corporate engagements


Client Engagement

  • Schedule and conduct:
  • Product demos
  • Client presentations
  • Solution walkthroughs

Proposal & Tender Support

  • Assist in preparing:

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

Digital Campaign Management

  • Google Ads


Website & SEO Support

  • Support website content updates and optimization.
  • Assist in improving:
  • Search engine visibility
  • Website engagement
  • Online lead generation


Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze:

  • Website traffic
  • Social media engagement
  • Lead conversion rates
  • Prepare marketing and sales performance reports for management.


Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Market Intelligence
  • Research market trends and customer needs within:
  • Insurance

  • Enterprise technology sectors


Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Identify market opportunities and areas for product positioning.


Customer Support & Product Adoption

  • Customer Onboarding
  • Support onboarding activities for new software clients.
  • Assist users with product understanding and adoption.


User Feedback Management

  • Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Marketing
  • Business Administration
  • Information Technology
  • Communications
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in:
  • Software marketing
  • Technology sales
  • Digital marketing
  • Business development
  • Experience marketing software solutions or technology products will be an added advantage.
