In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, inviting them into a world of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Your role will revolve around offering exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. You will greet guests with a warm smile, handle bookings, answer inquiries, and ensure the smooth operation of the spa’s front desk. Your ability to create a welcoming environment will directly contribute to our guests' satisfaction, making their health and wellness journey a memorable one.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification of SC.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and booking systems.
