Purpose of the role:
Administration and balancing of the Spark/NCR ATM recon process in line with company policies and procedures and that the client’s needs are always efficiently and professionally met with the assistance of Management.
Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):
- End-to-end ATM reconciliations
- Escalating any possible Cash loss
- Identifying and escalating possible risk areas
- Daily balancing of ATM recons
- Balancing, loading and distributing packing schedules
- After hours support to the cash centre
- Clearance of debtors and GL accounts on SAP
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous ATM Recon experience would be highly beneficial
- Computer Literacy in MS Office Packages essential, with specific reference to advance Excel
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Knowledge of reconciliation procedures
- Knowledge of Cash Management Centre processes
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Willing to work alternate on Saturdays
