Key Responsibilities
- Ability to assess, plan and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, parents and external professionals
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Special Education (or related field)
- At least 3 years’ experience working with children with special educational needs
- Strong knowledge and understanding of inclusive education practices and strategies
- Excellent communication, empathy and patience
- Computer literacy and proficiency in educational technology
- Valid permission to teach
