Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Stock Control Officer to manage inventory operations and ensure accurate stock records for a leading manufacturing company based in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP/Tally/ERP systems.
• Perform stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and physical inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth material movement.
• Ensure proper documentation of GRNs, stock transfers, and inventory transactions.
• Support internal and external inventory audits.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Stock Control / Inventory Management.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Tally will be an added advantage.
• Good command over English communication.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and MS Excel skills.
