Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect all incoming goods and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Take delivery of all incoming goods and reconcile with purchase orders
Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
Manage inventory customers and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
Keep up to date all records, documents for all transactions.
Responsible for stock accuracy and dented items.
Manage customers relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
Responsible for damaged items on reception and delivery.

Job Requirements

Education: Minimum Form 5
At least 1 year of experience in Stock Management
Basic numerical/accounting / Data information and simple manipulation on the system (WMS).
Notion of health, safety & quality standards
Good communication skills both orally and in written
Good attitude
Good Knowledge of Ms Office
