Revive Herbal Health, located at The Bridge Shopping Centre, Johannesburg, is seeking a professional, organised and proactive Store Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our store and lead a team of promoters in delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Supervise and support store promoters. • Ensure staff are punctual, professionally presented and customer-focused. • Monitor customer interactions and maintain high service standards. • Coordinate daily store operations. • Assist with staff scheduling and performance. • Resolve customer queries and ensure company policies are followed. • Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store. Requirements: • Applicants must reside in Johannesburg. • Retail, customer service or supervisory experience. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Fluent in at least two South African languages other than English. The ability to communicate effectively with customers in languages such as isiZulu, Sesotho, Setswana, Sepedi, isiXhosa, Xitsonga or Tshivenda is essential. • Professional, reliable and well organised. • Computer literacy is an advantage.
