Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
  • Store supplies using FEFO and proper storage standards. Issue items to departments and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment.
  • Manage near-expiry and expired stock according to policy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store.
  • ·Support inventory audits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in Store Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' hospital storekeeping experience mandatory.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
