Requirements
Store Manager
- Minimum 3–5 years’ retail management experience
- Proven leadership and sales management ability
- Strong operational and people management skills
- Experience within premium, luxury, or fashion retail advantageous
- Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
Assistant Store Manager
- Minimum 2–3 years’ retail supervisory experience
- Strong customer service and team leadership skills
- Passion for luxury retail and fashion
- Ability to support daily retail operations effectively
- Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and brand experience
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets
- Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team
- Ensure excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Manage daily store operations efficiently
- Monitor stock control and inventory management
- Maintain company policies, procedures, and operational standards
