Azure Outsourcing is looking for one of its company a
reliable and organized Storekeeper cum Admin Officer to manage inventory, stock
control, documentation, and general administrative support for daily operations.DUTIES
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue
materials for production
- Maintain accurate stock records and
inventory levels
- Prepare purchase requests, purchase order, delivery notes,
invoices, and operational reports
- Handle data entry, filing, and document
management
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal
departments on stock and administrative matters
- Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and
safety within the store area
- Support general office and administrative
tasks as required
PROFILE
- At least 2 years working experience
- HSC Level with relevant work experience
- Previous experience in storekeeping and
administration, preferably in manufacturing
- Good knowledge of MS Office and inventory
systems
- Strong organisational and communication
skills
- Attention to detail and ability to
multitask
- Valid Driving License
