STORESMAN
STORES/INVENTORY/STOCK CONTROL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Are you organised, honest, and accurate with stock? Join our team and help Foodies control receiving, storage, issuing and stock records across the business.
This role is perfect for a reliable and detail-driven person who can protect company stock and prevent losses.

RECEIVING
Check quantities, quality, expiry dates and documents.
STORAGE CONTROL
Store products safely using FIFO and FEFO rules.
ISSUING STOCK
Release stock only with proper records and approval.
STOCK COUNTS
Count accurately and report variances immediately.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 50 Levels including Maths and English
Certificate/Diploma in Stores, Inventory, Logistics or Supply Chain is an advantage
1-2 years stores or stockroom experience, preferably FMCG, bakery, fast food or retail
Stores/inventory experience preferred

YOU SHOULD BE PROFICIENT IN
Receiving, checking and issuing stock
Stock cards, bin cards, GRVs and delivery notes
FIFO/FEFO, expiry checks and batch control Excel/Google Sheets and basic stock reports
Stock counts, variance reports and loss control
Stock records must be accurate

KEY SKILLS
Honest, reliable and accountable
Strong attention to detail
Physically fit and organised
Works under pressure and follows procedures
Clear communication with kitchen, bakery and accounts
FIFO/FEFO discipline required
