Storeman Administrator

A client of ours based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking a reliable and hands-on Storeman / Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a combination of warehouse, administration, reception, and customer service duties.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' relevant work experience
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to perform administrative duties and warehouse/store functions
Physically fit and able to lift items weighing 10–15kg when required

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process customer orders
• Follow up on Cape Town orders
• Pack and prepare shipments for dispatch
• Coordinate with courier companies for local deliveries
• Receive, bin, and record incoming stock
• Conduct stock control, stock counts, and inventory management
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse/store
• Assist walk-in customers
• Answer telephone calls and manage email correspondence
• Perform general reception and administrative duties
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of exhibition stands when required
• Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by management
