Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day office tasks.
  • Coordinate marketing activities and client outreach.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
  • Maintain office filing systems and organise documents.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as required.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and organised.


Requirement:
  • A minimum of an HND in administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to do multitasking and work under pressure.
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Must know the Nigerian Market or marketing strategy well
  • Knowledge of the student recruitment sector is an advantage.
  • Must be interested in people.
