This role is critical in ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to stores, optimising inventory, and supporting the Group's operational and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, and logistics.
- Monitor stock levels, track movement of goods, and ensure optimal inventory availability.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Store teams to forecast demand and align supply with business needs.
- Analyse supply chain data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Ensure supplier performance meets contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Support cost optimisation initiatives while maintaining service levels.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and health & safety standards.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in FMCG or retail.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and warehouse management.
- Proficiency in ERP or supply chain management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management abilities.
